Emergency Booking: Clear communication for late arrival. Good comfortable room. On Suite Bath and Shower. Fabulous breakfast. Caring and friendly host. Would be very happy to recommend, and will be re-booking.

Perfect place, gutted to find out it's got a sale going through!!
The staff were brilliant for my brides bridal party and guests.
They made our wedding morning stress free.
Then we stayed there the night away from the children and it was quite and one of the comfiest beds I've slept in away from home in a very long time!!

Stayed here while working, rooms are quite modern with just what you need, bathroom was a good size but ahower was the worst ever, had to stand and hold a trickle of water over myself. It had shared dining room downstairs for a few extras which was handy. Floors creaked at slightest move and whole place was extremely dusty especially room 3 and in need of a deep spring clean to blow the mountains of cobwebs away. Hazel tho....was a lovely lady.

Great place to rest or stay overnight near Boston, Tattershall or Coningsby. Nice, dedicated and helpful owners, clean, pleasant, peace and quiet. Tea, coffee and a comfortable bed with fragrant bedding were waiting for us in a warm room. I recommend this place and will come back myself.

Located just off the A17. The room we had was room 6. Large TV set on the wall opposite the bed and a very comfortable armchair. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very clean and there was a shower. Tea & coffee facilities were available. An excellent choice for our trip up to Yorkshire and great value.

Lovely very friendly staff. Dealt with any issue no problems. Very good value for money.
Only thing I would improve is the shower pressure.

We stayed in the family suite, the beds where comfortable had a really good nights sleep, the deco is lovely, the wooden beems where beautiful! The price was a bargin! The check in system was good we enjoyed our day at the beach without needed to rush to check in!
The things that let us down was the fridge in our room absolutely stunk🤢🤮,we couldnt find the remote control for the 2 single bedroom tv so we checked in the drawer and had old sticky popcorn in there 🤢 we didnt have any coffee or milk packs next to the kettle only tea and sugar and lastly it would have been nice if we was greeted by the owners in the morning!
